Community Connections — our new name

After working as Exodus 2000 for many years, we have chosen a new name that better reflects what we actually do now.

In the past, we were campaigning to allow Jews to leave FSU countries and start new lives in Israel, hence the name Exodus. Now, we continue to support Progressive Judaism in the Former Soviet Union by working in partnership —connecting communities in the UK with those in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. This can enhance the Jewish lives of members in each partner congregation.

Our new name was launched in November 2011, and we will be using it from now on. To start with you will see the old Exodus2000 logo as well—but after a few months we intend to use just the new name and logo.
